The performance of this air-tight sliding door is based on meticulous design, the use of materials resistant to cleaning and decontamination, and the integration of advanced technologies. Its robust structure is designed to resist deformation under pressure or vacuum, ensuring optimal tightness.
- Sealing system with specific tubular gaskets blocking contaminant passage
- Hermetic closure in a smooth motion controlled by a guiding ramp
- Floor guides for precise closure and optimal tightness
The performance of the air-tight doors has been tested by certified testing laboratories and has air-tightness test reports according to NF EN 1026 standard.
- Test reports carried out by certified CSTB laboratory N°BV13-262 on a door equipped with an HDS panel, HPL filling with 600 x 400 mm window
The door is equipped with an HDS panel consisting of a rigid core covered with high-density laminated panels, robust and resistant to shocks and cleaning.
These coatings are available in several colors. Other coatings and materials can be used according to requirements (sound insulation, transparency, humid environment…).
In the anti-x version, a lead sheet is integrated into the filling and frame profiles, providing optimal protection against x-rays.
A window allows supervision of the room’s interior, also available in an anti-x version.
